Payment data: If you upgrade to Premium, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the summarization service.
To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send essential service notifications (e.g., email verification).
To maintain security and prevent fraud.

3. AI-Generated Content

Summaries are generated using artificial intelligence. We send article text to AI providers for processing. We do not use your submitted articles or generated summaries to train AI models. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies — always verify with the original source.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

AI service providers (to generate summaries — article text only, no personal info).
Payment processors (to handle billing).
Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases).
Law enforcement (if legally required).

5. Data Retention

Summary history is retained while your account is active. Usage tracking data is retained for billing and analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
