Premium is billed monthly at the current rate (£4.99/month).
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always verify important information with the original source. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToneSummary and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
